SearchIntel.io is operated by Pinaka Digital Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website audit service.

3. How We Use Your Data
- Audit processing: URLs are sent to DataForSEO's API for analysis. DataForSEO processes publicly available website data only.
- Report delivery: Name and email are used to email your full PDF report via Resend.
- Payment processing: Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment status but never see or store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
- Communication: We may email you about your report status. We will not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
- Rate limiting: IP addresses are used to enforce per-IP rate limits on audit requests to prevent abuse.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in an SQLite database on our secured VPS. Reports (PDFs) are stored on the same server. We apply the following retention rules:
- Audit data and reports: retained for 90 days, then automatically purged
- Lead information (name, email, phone): retained as long as needed for business purposes
- Payment records: retained as required by Indian financial regulations
5. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services, strictly for their stated purposes:
- DataForSEO: Receives the URL you submit for audit analysis. They process publicly available website data.
- Razorpay: Processes payments. Their privacy policy governs payment data handling.
- Resend: Delivers report emails. Receives your name and email address for report delivery only.
6. Data We Never Sell
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is used solely to deliver the Service as described above.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption on all connections
- Rate limiting on audit endpoints
- Razorpay webhook signature verification
- No PII logged at application level in production
- SSH key-only access to servers
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for communications at any time
