SearchIntel.io is an AI-powered SEO intelligence platform that provides website audit reports. The Service includes:

• Free Preview: SEO, AEO, and GEO scores, security grade, and top 3 critical issues — available without payment or account creation.
• Full Report: Comprehensive audit including detailed analysis, backlinks, keywords, content ideas, and a downloadable PDF — available for a one-time fee.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may audit any publicly accessible website. You must not:

• Use automated scripts to mass-request audits
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute reports without our written consent
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others

4. Payments and Refunds

Full reports are priced as displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Razorpay, India's trusted payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

No refunds. Since reports are generated instantly and delivered digitally, all sales are final. The free preview is provided so you can evaluate the value before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, contact us at operations@pinaka.digital and we will resolve it.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, scoring algorithms, and content, is the intellectual property of Pinaka Digital Technologies. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or internal business use only.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such data practices.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimers

Audit results are based on publicly available data analyzed at the time of the audit. We use DataForSEO and proprietary algorithms to generate scores. While we strive for accuracy:

• Scores are indicative, not guarantees of search engine ranking
• Results may vary as websites change over time
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pinaka Digital Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Rate Limiting

To protect the quality of the Service and prevent abuse, we enforce rate limits on audit requests. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
